You can return your online or Click and Collect order to either our Bury St Edmunds shop or Sudbury shop within 14 days of purchase
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods in their original condition and with the original receipt. Refunds will be made via our online payment system and not in store. A refund takes up to 10 business days.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safekeeping. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged or lost in transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage and to obtain a proof of postage certificate. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused.
Due to reasons of hygiene, we are unable to exchange Jewellery.
Items must be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Returns received outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Javelin Retail Ltd, and, depending on the circumstances, may not be refunded or only be refunded as a store credit.
Javelin Retail Ltd are able to exchange goods for a different size or colour only. We will check for an alternative item upon receipt of the returned item.

With large orders, items may be packaged separately, and subsequently, be available for collection at different times. Please take note of those items featured in your dispatch confirmation e-mail. However, if something is missing, contact Customer Support immediately on 01284 754559.
Items purchased in-store may be returned with proof of purchase within 14 days for an exchange or a credit note, providing that the items are in their original condition with their tags.
Sale items in their original condition may be returned in-store within 7 days for an exchange or a credit note. Items that are discounted by 50% or more of the original value are non-returnable.
Please ensure that you have proof of purchase when returning faulty items.
