Gifts purchased IN STORE from the 17th November 2018 can be returned by the 8th January 2019 for an exchange or credit note.
Any unwanted online purchases must be returned at the customer's expense. Online purchases must be returned in their original packaging and condition, and within 14 working days from the date of delivery, along with the original invoice/receipt. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Alternatively, online purchases may be returned by yourself to either our Bury St Edmunds branch (37 Abbeygate Street, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 1LW) or our Sudbury branch, (38 Market Hill, Sudbury, CO10 2EN). Items returned to the store must be in their original packaging and condition, and within 14 working days from the date of delivery, along with the original receipt.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods in their original condition and with the original receipt. This refund includes the total cost of goods sent only, NOT the delivery charge.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged or lost in transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage, and to obtain a proof of postage certificate. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused.
Due to reasons of hygiene, we are unable to exchange Jewellery.
Items must be returned within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Returns received outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Javelin Retail Ltd, and, depending on the circumstances, may not be refunded or only be refunded as a store credit.
Javelin Retail Ltd are able to exchange goods for a different size or colour only. We will dispatch your alternative item upon receipt of the returned item. When exchanging items, you will incur a delivery charge for the alternative item to be sent.

With large orders, items may be dispatched separately, and subsequently, arrive separately. Please take note of those items featured in your dispatch confirmation e-mail. However, if something is missing, contact Customer Support immediately on 01284 754559.
Items purchased in-store may be returned with a proof of purchase within 14 days for an exchange or a credit note, providing that the items are in their original condition with their tags.
Sale items in their original condition may be returned in-store within 7 days for an exchange or a credit note. Items that are discounted by 50% or more of the original value are non-returnable.
Please ensure that you have proof of purchase when returning faulty items.
