Javelin provides Next Day delivery for all orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday.
If you place an order by 2pm Monday to Thursday, you will receive goods the next working day.
If you place your order after 2pm on Friday, you will receive your goods on Tuesday
Occasionally it is necessary to obtain your order from another store this will add one working day to your delivery.
Please note we do not deliver on Bank Holidays.

A signature is required on receipt of your order. If you are not available to take delivery, the courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect your parcel. Similarly, you may add instructions to the delivery driver for goods to be left with a neighbour, for example. Javelin will not take responsibility for the loss or damage of goods in incidences whereby the delivery driver has been given alternate instructions.

INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY - DHL
International shipping made easy with our fast and convenient express delivery.
International express deliveries will be sent out via DHL on a tracked service, with the following prices:
EUROPEAN EXPRESS DELIVERY - £20 - approx 1-2 working days expected transit time
INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS DELIVERY - £25 - approx 2-3 working days expected transit time

We are unable to re-direct orders once they have been placed with us.
Javelin also provides a collect from store option. Orders can be collected from the Bury St Edmunds store only. If you place an order by 3pm Monday to Friday, the goods will be available to collect the next working day. If you place your order after 2pm on Friday, you will be able to collect your goods by Monday at the earliest. We will not hold goods for longer than 48 hours from time of order. If there are any problems you will be contacted by a Javelin representative.
Any unwanted online purchases must be returned at the customer's expense. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, and within 7 working days from the date of delivery, along with the original receipt. Returns must be sent to the following address:

Alternatively, items may be returned by yourself to either our Bury St Edmunds branch (37 Abbeygate Street, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 1LW) or our Sudbury branch (2 Friars Street, Sudbury, CO10 2AA). Online purchases can be returned to the store must be in their original packaging and condition, and within 7 working days from the date of delivery, along with the original invoice/receipt.
Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods in their original condition and with the original receipt. This refund includes the total cost of goods sent only, NOT the delivery charge.
Until you return items to us you are responsible for their safe keeping. We do not accept liability for returned packages damaged in transit back to us. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage, and to obtain a proof of postage certificate. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or refund refused.
Due to reasons of hygiene, we are unable to exchange Jewellery.
Items must be returned within 7 working days from the date of delivery. Returns received outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Javelin Retail Ltd, and, depending on the circumstances, may not be refunded or only be refunded as a store credit.
Javelin Retail Ltd are able to exchange goods for a different size or colour only. We will dispatch your alternative item upon receipt of the returned item. When exchanging items, you will incur a delivery charge for the alternative item to be sent.
If you think there is a fault with an item you have received, you must contact Customer Support immediately.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order, you must contact Customer Support immediately.
With large orders, items may be dispatched separately, and subsequently, arrive separately. Please take note of those items featured in your dispatch confirmation e-mail. However, if something is missing, contact Customer Support immediately.
Why you can feel secure shopping with us
When you shop with us, our secure server encrypts all of your personal information, including name, address and credit card information. We use SagePay which are an industry leader in secure internet transactions. SagePay are used by thousands of other UK businesses for transaction security.
Industry leading transaction security
All transaction information passed between our website and the SagePay Payment System is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and all messages from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing passed to SagePay can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Internationally recognised encryption and data storage
Once on the SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data they hold is extremely secure and they are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Private network links to banks
SagePay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
No individuals within our company or SagePay are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Their systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your card information is secure even from their own employees because the systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
