Menswear Supervisor

Bury St Edmunds store
This position will be permanent on a full-time basis (5 days per week) and will include working a weekend day. A generous salary and staff discount structure will be offered.


All duties of a Senior Sales Advisor plus:
Carry out departmental meetings
Assist in staff training and appraisals
Be accountable for department performance
Provide constant re stocks to the menswear buyer
Work hard to increase sales and exceed targets

Proven working experience as a Senior Sales Advisor or Supervisor in a reputed organisation or a similar role in retail.
Proficient in customer relationship management software and MS Office.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good persuasive and analytical skills.
Great interpersonal skills.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.
